Chef Tony Mantuano and Chef de Cuisine Joey Fecci will welcome Chef Michael Hanna of St. Vito Focacceria (coming soon to The Gulch) for a lively evening of Sicilian-inspired cuisine at Yolan. Discover the culinary stories of the Mediterranean’s largest island as the chefs prepare a five-course menu of enticing savory dishes culminating in a creative and delicious dessert by Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti.

Join Henley’s Executive Chef Kristin Beringson and the award-winning Cascade Hollow Distillery for a special “Gold Label Bourbon Dinner” on Thursday, February 23rd at 6p! The 4-course dinner hosted at Henley will creatively highlight George Dickel Gold Label Bourbon in each course. Chef Kristin and a representative from Cascade Hollow will introduce each course while guests also enjoy live music.

Longtime friends, Chef Brian Baxter and Pitmaster Pat Martin look forward to bringing their distinct cooking styles together for a 14-course experience, uniting the seasonally-focused fare of The Catbird Seat with the West-Tennessee Style of Whole Hog BBQ perfected at Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint.
Reserve your spot for this one-of-a-kind experience on Tuesday, February 28 at 5:30pm or 6:15pm at The Catbird Seat (1711 Division Street). $200/person. Due to the nature of this dinner, The Catbird Seat is unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.
